At The Lisbon MBA Católica|Nova, our aim is to empower students with the knowledge, skills, and capabilities sought after by companies for effective managerial and leadership roles. From cultivating self-awareness and empathy to honing communication skills and resilience, our leadership development component assists International MBA students in promoting efficient, responsible, and successful leadership approaches, enabling them to make a positive impact in both business and society.
As a part of the leadership development component, students participate in The Lisbon MBA Leadership Challenge, in collaboration with LBC. This challenge seeks to recognize and reward outstanding leadership skills through peer nominations, a crisis management competition, and a final interview. The ultimate winner is awarded a 5-day Silicon Valley program focused on innovation.
LBC is an international management consulting company with project experience across 14 countries in Europe, Africa, and the Americas. They have completed over 1,000 projects spanning 16 industry sectors, and have supported over 70 startups in Silicon Valley, as well as facilitated immersion programs for 500 executives in the region.
