Caio Naganawa currently serves as the Council Chairperson of the Brazil Chapter of The Lisbon MBA Alumni Club and holds the position of Strategy and Finance Director at Entre in Brazil. Graduated in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP, with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from INSPER and an International MBA from The Lisbon MBA Católica|Nova, Caio Naganawa possesses a solid foundation of knowledge combining technical and strategic expertise from renowned educational institutions around the world. Caio began his professional journey immersed in the dynamic world of startups and private equity. Later, he developed his career in a capital goods company, specialized in the distribution and leasing of heavy equipment, including roles such as Performance Manager and PMO reporting to the CFO and CEO. Since 2020, he has been working in business consultancy, tackling complex challenges and delivering value to clients through innovative and strategic solutions.
